B: Why not hire a nanny
A: Jessica, they are so expensive. I am already in debt, do you want to fall even further
B: No dear, I am just asking. I know a place, which is not very far from your office, and it is a very good deal.
A: How much does it cost
B: Around 500 thousand, no more than that.
A: Would you mind giving me the address
B: Sure dear

C: Hello
A: Hello, Mr Parker
C: How can I help you
A: I would like to buy this house
C: Should I show you around
A: Please do
C: This is a modern house with 2 floors. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, an attic, an office and big garden for only 500 thousand.
