Proper nutrition has a huge impact on both human health. The right dinner for weight loss and wellness should be based on two principles - moderation and ease for the body. From what time a person dines, his sleep, well-being, figure and much more depend. The weight of an ideal dinner for me is 250 grams. Proteins play a leading role in dinner - they are easily absorbed and do not cause heaviness in the stomach. A variety of vegetables are a good source of protein. My ideal dinner consists of cottage cheese with fresh fruit, vegetable salad with a piece of meat or fish. Meat and fish for dinner must be steamed. From liquids, I like herbal teas and juices. In order not to overeat in the evening, I eat dinner slowly, without rushing. If I dont have time, omelet is the perfect dinner. The omelet is easy to prepare quickly and easily. Having dinner in front of the TV or in front of a computer monitor is a bad habit. A very important rule for a perfect dinner is to avoid unhealthy foods.
